Return and Exchange Policy

We offer no refunds.
Returns are accepted as store credit or exchange only.

 


 

1. Return Conditions:

You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to make an exchange or obtain store credit. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

Clearance items and items at 50% off are final sale (no exchanges).


2. Return Procedure:

Before making a return, you must contact us in advance.

Please write to us at info@anroapparel.ca or via Messenger, indicating your order number, the reason for the return, and the desired size or product in case of an exchange.

Once your request is approved, we will send you a return link via Canada Post. You can choose between a QR code or printing a label, then drop off your package at a post office.

3. Return Fees:

Return shipping fees are covered by ANRO.


 

4. Return Inspection:

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

If an item is returned in a non-compliant condition (worn, washed, damaged, or without tags), ANRO reserves the right to refuse the return and will contact you to find a solution.


 

5. Exceptions:

If you receive a broken product or a product other than what you ordered, we will correct the situation as quickly as possible by simply sending us an email explaining the problem and providing a photo.

If in doubt, it is always best to write to us beforehand.

 

Contests and Promotions

  1. Our promo codes cannot be combined with other offers. We advise you to always choose the most advantageous offer for you to get the most for your money.

  2. Our promo codes do not cover delivery fees. If, with the use of a code, your order falls below the $100 threshold, our system will automatically charge you the fees. To avoid this, you can choose the in-store pickup option.
